Astigmatism is normal as people grow older. Astigmatism happens when the eyeball manages to lose its roundness and vision begins to become hazy. The actual eyes need to move to work properly. They aren't design to start straight forward for hours at a time. They are designed to move and absorb the world around us.
An easy solution to astigmatism is to eat more fruits and vegetables. Eating a more healthy diet can help enhance health and eyesight. The important thing to remember is to keep your eyes in motion and provide them a break every 15-20 moments.
