I have lived in Hampshire for the last 10 years. I moved here after I left school and managed to find a job pretty quickly. I was used to living in the big city and it was a nice change. I bought a Used Skoda in Hampshire, about 2 months after arriving. I saw an advert for it in a local shop window and thought I would check it out. I contacted the seller and spoke to him about the history and condition of the Skoda. He told me that it had barely been used and had been sitting in his garage for the past 6 months. He told me that it had just passed its MOT and was in very good condition.
I went to look at the Skoda in person. It was a bit of a drive across Hampshire but once I arrived I knew that it would be a worthwhile trip. The seller was telling the truth when he said that the Skoda was barely used. It had only been driven 15,000 miles and seemed pretty much brand new. He said he bought it from a local dealership in Hampshire a few years ago but had never really needed it because he started working from home. After I had given the used Skoda a thorough inspection I made the seller and offer and he accepted. I left a deposit with him and made my way home across Hampshire.
A week later the Skoda was parked outside my house. It was a very worthwhile purchase and I was able to pay far less than I thought I would have to. I also managed to get an insurance quote that was quite low so all in all I have done very well purchasing the used Skoda.
