It had been a very long time since I had been on holiday and I was beginning to think that I would never leave Turriff again. I had been very busy at work over the past year and had hardly had any time off. On top of this I was also working long hours each day and had become used to not having any time to myself to relax. Eventually I decided that I simply had to have a break and booked a week long holiday by the coast. I arranged to be away from the office for a week and told my secretary that I did not want to be contacted while I was out of Turriff. I packed up my car with all the things I would be requiring for the week (which wasn't a lot) and headed out of Turriff. I had recently bought a Used Vauxhall Astra In Turriff and I was using it to drive me down there. I had managed to get the Vauxhall Astra for a relatively small sum of money, considering that the vehicle was barely used and hadn't been driven many miles at all.
As soon as I left Turriff in the Vauxhall Astra I began to feel more relaxed. A change of scenery was exactly what the doctor ordered and I had become quite tired of the place. I was used to the heavy traffic and pollution and could not wait for some fresh, clean air.
The holiday was very successful and I left feeling much more relaxed. The drive back to Turriff in the Vauxhall Astra did not take very long and before I knew it I was back at home unpacking the vehicle.
