Yoga is another method that allows you to keep your body in mind and use this therapy. It is basically used to help you balance your life and to be mentally strong, so that you are able to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Patients may receive medication and therapy for any illness that they have but a combination of holistic mental therapy techniques such as tai chi or yoga are also provided to them to gain their strength and increase their mental strength.
