Everyone has a view on the Ford Mondeo, usually good and sometimes indifferent, however, rarely bad. This is the reason why the car has been I production for over ten years and is still going strong " in fact, the current model only recently picked up a couple of awards at the 2012 What Car? Awards " being named the 'UK's Best Family Car' and the 'Best Estate Car'.
But before you rush out and buy yourself a new Mondeo " consider the fact that there will be a new one out before you know it. The new Ford Mondeo has been unveiled at the Detroit Motor Show 2012; where consumers were given a glimpse of the hatchback and estate versions. Don't get too excited though, as the newest model will not be released until 2013.
But with new models coming out all the time, it begs the question " are the new models ever worth the wait?
The 2013 Mondeo, will have some different features to its existing model. For instance, the 2013 Mondeo has a flush-mounted Ford Logo badge giving a sophisticated look to the vehicle. There is also a new seating design which offers the driver more legroom and for all the gadget lovers out there - there will be a 20cm colour touch-screen on the dashboard that controls everything from interior climate to in-car entertainment.
What's more, experts have already started to sing the praise of the Ford 2013 Mondeo and TopGear have said that 'it isn't merely an update; it's an all new car'. So maybe it will be worth the wait.
If you think it is then you should probably head to your local dealer to register an interest. And with Ford being one of the largest manufacturers it shouldn't be hard to find a local dealership. With
